Info Post
Our excursion to Cozumel began at an all inclusive beach resort.  We got in paddle boats, relaxed in hammocks, and had lots of (non-alcoholic) pina coladas.  Yum :)

Mexican cruise

After relaxing on the beach, our tour guide took us into a little beach hut to begin our Mexican cooking class!  This was probably my favorite part of the whole cruise.  I'm such a foodie.

Our chef Oscar taught us how to make an authentic 3 course meal: shrimp in a tortilla bowl, pan-seared grouper fish, and fried plantains in a homemade chocolate sauce.  He even gave us the recipes to take home.  Delish.  My concoctions are on the left and David's are on the right.

After our cooking class and meal, we headed back to Cozumel to do some haggling.  David got to practice his Spanish and got us some good shopping deals.  We had an amazing time on our cruise, but now it's back to real life! If you missed my other posts about our cruise, click here and here.
