Valentine's Craft Day

I'm a part of the Student Alliance organization at David's med school.  You know, the alliance of wives that have overly busy med school husbands.  Because med school can be tough, and it's relieving to meet other wives who are going through the same thing.  Girls who just get it.  Girls who get through it.  It's especially comforting to be around the girls with husbands who are finishing up their fourth year.  They are fun and kind, and they have survived this whole thing while still keeping good relationships with their husbands.  I'm grateful for all these sweet girls.

Last weekend we made Valentine's Day bunting and oreo treats all while talking about the best restaurants in OKC and sipping apple water.  Getting to know these girls has really helped me enjoy this whole med school experience.
