Yesterday Miss Lil turned three months old. I just cannot believe that my baby girl has been here for 3 months already. We are so much more adjusted to each other; life is back to normal, but even more exciting now that she's a part of it. 3 months old means sleeping in her big girl crib, and we're hoping that goes over well.

Lily smiles constantly and is starting to laugh. She hates being alone (just like her social butterfly daddy). She loves to look at my sparkly jewelry, and she's already started reaching and grabbing for toys. She is the best little buddy to have when her daddy is busy studying. Having David study long hours has been so much easier on me because I have this sweet little girl to hang out with.

In celebration of her 3 month birthday, we went out out for tea at the Inspiration tea room, just like we did when we found out we were having a girl. I sipped on blueberry muffin herbal tea (amazing), and David on chamomile. And then there were the delicious blueberry heart-shaped scones with curds, and the giant piece of chocolate cake we split.

Lily lasted all of 10 minutes of her birthday party before she zonked out in her daddy's arms. But isn't she precious?
