But I don't believe in luck. I believe in blessings. And reflecting on blessings. So that's how I'm celebrating this St. Patrick's Day. Like another Thanksgiving. Another day of the year to reflect on blessings. I always feel so much gratitude by the time Thanksgiving rolls around, but by now, gratitude isn't as much in the forefront of my mind.
So here's to green and gratitude. I'll be reading this and this to get me in the mood. And we'll spend Sunday dinner talking about what we're grateful for. And don't worry. Lily will be wearing the cutest St. Patrick's dress; stay tuned for pictures.

Fruit salad: 1 package of blueberries, 1 can of crushed pineapples, 1 large carton of plain Greek yogurt, 2 sliced bananas, 1 packet of pistachio jello pudding mix

St. Patrick's Day mint bark we brought to the Smith's last week:
1 package of crushed mint oreos1 bag of melted chocolate chips
1 package of melted white almond bark, colored with green food coloring
Green sprinkles
On wax paper, layer melted chocolate chips, then crushed oreos, almond bark, and then sprinkles. Let harden before breaking into pieces.
St. Patrick's Day oreos: Mint oreos dipped in colored almond bark and coated with sprinkles.
