What Lily and I are loving

Yesterday was another obgyn appointment, and I'm glad to report that Lily is growing like a weed.  Tomorrow, we'll be 28 weeks along, and Lily lets me know it with her cute little kicks. Less than three months until I meet her.  Right now, she weighs just less than 3 lbs, and she's as big as an eggplant.  


We do everything together these days.  I love it.  This morning we spent time exercising, grocery shopping, jewelry hunting, and waiting for David to come home for lunch.  Lily always keeps me company :)  Here's what Lily and I are loving today:

Chicken and beef nachos we ate last night in celebration of David doing well on his first med school test.  Yay for an amazing husband

A new skincare regimen from Neutrogena to help my dry face.  Can't wait to see how it works.

These vases I decorated for Lily.  I painted glue on the inside, and then I rolled sparkles around until the entire inside was coated.  I filled the middle vase with pearls instead.  Total cost at the Dollar Tree: $10.

Chevron-stitched wool blanket my great-grandmother made.  What a neat thing to inherit, and yay for Fall colors.

As far as I can tell, Lily and I like the exact same things.  It's crazy.  But come three months, I will finally get to see her cute personality and all of our differences :) Can't wait.
