One Month Young

Lily is one month today; I cannot believe she has been mine for a month.  We spent the evening having a birthday party, and Lily wore her pink tutu for the occasion.  Our friends Kylie and Luke bought it for Lily, and she's already worn it twice this week.  I think she loves it :)  We took tons of pictures of her today, and they are too adorable not to post.

We began the evening by making smoothies that were a little on the lumpy side.  Then David and I wrote letters to her in her birthday journal.  Every year on Lily's birthday, David and I will write her a letter in her little journal.  Since we didn't write to her on the day she was born, we wrote to her today.

Then we made giant cupcakes and baby cupcakes.  Lily got fussy towards the end of her birthday party, so she didn't get to appreciate her beautiful cupcakes.  Not like she could eat them anyways.  Or remember anything that happened today.  Good thing we took lots of pictures!  I love my Lily girl :)
